About this house rental

The space
Grayson Court consists of one main house and a detached casita, both within a single walled, gated property. This listing is for the MAIN HOUSE only.
The main house and the guest casita are rented separately. Guests share a common driveway, entry courtyard, and front garden with casita guests, but do NOT share any interior or living areas. The main house has its own private backyard.
FRONT PATIO
When entering the main house, you're greeted with a spacious covered outdoor patio with a ceiling fan and outdoor seating — a lovely place to catch a breeze or relax on a rainy day.
FIRST FLOOR

An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area gives your whole party plenty of room. One bedroom and one full detached bathroom with heated shower round out the first floor.
SECOND FLOOR
(Primary Bedroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, Linen Closet, Outdoor Balcony)
Climb the staircase to find the remaining three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus access to an outdoor balcony.
The Primary Bedroom and Bathroom are a spacious suite with a king bed, sitting area, walk-through closet, and en suite bathroom with double vanity and heated shower.
Bedroom 2 has one double bed and uses a detached full bathroom just across the hall. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and its own en suite bathroom. All three upstairs bedrooms share access to the outdoor balcony.

A private backyard with a patio, grassy area, and trampoline with safety net — great for kids or simply unwinding outdoors.

Location, Location, Location! Did I say Location?? Ha. I was literally 5-10 minutes uber/Bolt ride away from almost everywhere I wanted to go. The property has a lot of space for everyone. I often disappeared in the oversized game room for some me time, while the rest of my family played games in the dining room. I enjoyed waking up early and walking out to the balcony and just taking in everything. It’s a really great property that some of the minor kinks didn’t seem like a very big deal. My toddler loved it as well, especially the large yard. Now the caretaker, Mr. Perkins, made it all come together. He assisted with everything, running errands, bringing a toy for my son, to offering that his wife make a meal for us, EVERYTHING. He was phenomenal and I felt like he was one of my brothers. If this property is available, and within your budget, just book the darn thing. You can’t go wrong
