Breakfast was entirely satisfactory. The notable meal was dinner, however, which was reserved separately. Expertly prepared and well served, it was a memorable dinner.
Air conditioning for the exxtremely hot weather would have been useful, although we recognize refitting the historic structures would be difficult.
