This house was an excellent place for my family and me to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fenced in backyard and playground next-door were wonderful as we had two small kids in our party. The house was absolutely spotless, incredibly well stocked, and just as described and pictured in the listing. Our host was incredibly responsive with questions throughout our stay. The basket of snacks and stocked coffee wasn’t especially nice touch! Will definitely stay here again when we are in Hutchinson next time!

This was the perfect house for our group. The basement level was perfect for cool temperatures when sleeping. The linens and extra amenities made for a cozy and comfy stay. Highly recommended place in a quiet but readily accessible home.

For the last four years, we’ve been coming to Hutchinson for state basketball or volleyball and I’ve always rented a property to stay at. I wish I would’ve known about this one when we first started. Hands-down the best VRBO we’ve ever used. Every detail has been thought of super clean, nice and new. Tons of room. Host was great at communicating with us throughout our staying.
