The house was nice. The owner communicated very fast and was very nice. The area was ok, it is close to Safeway and fast food restaurants.

We needed to be in this area so it was perfect. We only used 3 bedrooms upstairs.

The house was spotless but we were only there to sleep so I can’t say what the amenities were like. My only issue is this was suppose to be a 4 bedroom. It is not really. It is a three bedroom with a fold down leather type couch/futon in a room that needs to be made up to be used as a bed. We arrived late so we didn’t really check if there were sheets and blankets for it but I expect a bedroom to have a made up bed not a couch. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed which is fine for kids but extremely uncomfortable for an adult. So out of 4 in our party, one of us had two very uncomfortable nights. There is a nice little cafe around the corner for breakfast and lunch. Communication with hostess was excellent. Besides sleeping arrangements, everything was nice.

The property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There is seating at the table for 6 people with 2 stool/chairs for the counter. The neighborhood was quiet. Single car driveway. If someone is living in #2, there might be a problem parking in the driveway. Check on it. Road is narrow but you can park on it. We enjoyed our stay there.

Place was clean, well stocked with extra towels and blankets/sheets, full kitchen w/ all the tools. Host was very attentive and not intrusive like other larger home hosts can tend to be.

The house is fully remodeled (although very DIY... watch the gaps in the flooring- I stubbed my toe a few times). It was very clean and had the basics in the kitchen. The neighborhood is a little rough and light rail was twice the walk that the listing stated. Over all, the price was right, especially on a busy weekend with all the Swifties in town and everything else at a premium.

The house was recently remodeled and is clean and elegant. Eva was very helpful and available. The nearest light rail stop was a 20-minute walk away. We'd come back if we're ever in Seattle again.

Things we liked about the stay. the Kubota Garden located about one mile from the house is gorgeous and free. The walk towards it was neat and clean. The house was newly remodeled. There is a really good Louisiana inspired restaurant around the corner called Juke's that we thought was great even though they don't have much seating. Things we didn't like. There was a man living in his car across the road. The Autozone on the corner was sketchy. The backyard is unimproved. The walk to the light rail was over 20 minutes making it a hard trip to downtown if you are spending the day and walking back. The futon bed downstairs is really uncomfortable.

The home provided a perfect location for a nearby wedding as we were looking ofr something intimate and comfortable for our family. Kitchen provided everything we needed to cook and bedrooms offered options depending on needs of adults to kids. Backyard deck looks upon green space and is a nice place to sit and chat or have coffee. Central location was great for our needs as we were minutes aways from our destinations (may vary based on Seattle traffic). Overall was a great place to stay for the time needed.

Everything was nice for our stay in Seattle. The kitchen was a bit sparse but we ate out the majority of the time anyway so it worked for us… all and all we would definitely stay again.

We were in Seattle for a conference. This was a great "home base". Centrally located for all that we wanted to do. Close to grocery store. Host responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

This house was beautiful, upscale feel without the bougie price tag. Lots of space, comfortable beds with nice bedding, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and the deck and patio furniture was great. Decent location away from down town but close enough for a quick drive. Quiet neighborhood and the host is very attentive and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and we had access to both levels, plenty of spaces to sleep and lots of room for the group to unwind! The house was in a nice area and it was quiet the whole weekend, a very short drive to any stores for needs during the stay, we will definitely be back.

The place was nice and spacious. The kitchen was not clean properly or bathroom. Also the temperature keep changing like on timer. Spoke with owner and she was very pleased to receive feedback to improve on making your stay more enjoyable.
