The unit was in good shape: clean, most every basic thing in the kitchen, adequate space, comfortable porch, furniture, good wifi, and enough toilet paper. However, the check-in was not smooth. We had to wait at the entrance gate for 30 minutes because the owner had not put us in the system. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and broken. One morning, two men came unannounced and began to use the door code to enter. Luckily, I made it to the door before they opened it (we had people changing clothes inside!). They were there to check the sofa bed, so perhaps it is no longer an issue.

This place was great. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and access. The room was clean and cozy. The patio had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was a short walk down to the beach. La Princesa is located near many bars & restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

The Condo was very clean and had all the needs. The only thing we did have to grab was coffee filters and no Togo containers to take stuff down on the beach. If you were to cook and do that. But the bed was super comfy and the shower was nice and up to date!

My granddaughter and I arrived in Rocky point at 1:30 PM. We texted the host to see if we could enter the property earlier. She said we could not since the housekeeping was cleaning the room. We went to have something to eat and arrived at the condo at 4 PM. When we got there, the condo was dirty. The bed was not made, there was garbage in the bathroom, trash in the kitchen was full, a garbage bag left in the hall way, trash in the bedroom and the ironing board and iron were left in the master bedroom. Dirty dishes in the sink and pots on the stove. The sofa bed was pulled out with sheets on the bed, not made. We texted the host, she did not respond. Finally had to reach out to Vrbo. Vrbo try to reach the host, and was not able to reach the host either. I asked Vrbo if they had another accommodation for us. They told us no. They then said they would give us 120 so we could go buy sheets somewhere to put on the bed. I said are you kidding me? I have no idea where I can buy sheets at this time and I said what about the mess in the apartment? Am I supposed to clean the dishes take out the garbage, and make the beds? It was totally unacceptable. Eventually, we heard from the host and she cleaned the apartment. We had to go leave the apartment again and come back around 5 o'clock. Although the premises were beautiful, and the amenities are very nice this was a very disappointing way to start our vacation.
