Some staff tried to help as much as the could
The gave me a different room than I had reserved on booking.come with some excuses about a three day noisy wedding party they were going to have that didn’t turn out to true. They kept me waiting for an hour to get a different room ready which happened to be very uncomfortable. Toilet was right next to a wall and hard to use with the toilet seat smaller and did not cover the toilet. The shower was same level of the toilet with no separation and the drain was clogged so when I tired yo shower the water flooded the whole bathroom and I was standing in a pool of water covering the whole bathroom area including the toilet which was an unsanitary situation. The next day they pulled a lot of long black hair out of the drain which was disgusting and overall very unsanitary. Making the first 2 night an awful stay. The cleaning person acted ad I got her in trouble and was giving me the scary snake eye. They changed the room after the second night to a different room. I still don’t understand the disrespect I got and why they would give me a different room that was supposed to be for disabled person rather than the room I had reserved on booking.com with dome excuses that were not true at all with a clogged drain on top of everything.
