About this house rental
This recently built craftsmen home has a modern and cheerful vibe. It features a private saltwater pool and hot tub. It is located in a tranquil and safe neighborhood close to the beach. Unique touches throughout the house include locally made concrete tiles and a well appointed kitchen.
Please be aware that this home is on a shared 1.5 acre property. There is a 5 bedroom home next door on the adjacent lot that is also a short term rental (should you need more space to rent out, it is property #730366). It has its own pool and there is a privacy fence between the two houses. There are no shared common areas. A friend and caretaker also lives on the property in his RV. He is the local surf board shaper and repairer of dings. He has lived on the property for 10 years. His friendly dog, Jagger, might come over to greet you. Although there are other occupants on the land, the house feels quite private and is oriented in the opposite direction from the bigger house.

This house is great - comfortable and clean, great pool area with shade and sun, great location (yoga/pilates a quick walk around the corner, beach a quick walk down the street). We love Pescadero and this was nicely situated. The only thing to be aware of is that the "yard" area is a little rough but didn't bother us because our kids just hung by the pool. There are two old cars and a trailer on the property (where the caretaker lives). Nice to have a caretaker on property, just a little unsightly at entrance FYI.

Property was clean, spacious and easy to find. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. They had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Property manager had list of suggestions that were helpful. Our kids loved the two dogs on the property as well. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
