Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I wish I could give a 5 star rating because the property was great but there was some hiccups, when we arrived property was not clean ready at the time of check in, apparently the previous guests left late and they didn't have the house clean when we arrive, also the kitchen oven didn't work at all.

We had a group of adults and teens escaping the heat in the south. The house was exactly as described and very spacious. The location is great with easy access to lots of things!

The house is just far enough out of town and nestled in the woods giving you privacy and a cabin feel but still easy to get to all amenities. It is a beautiful mountain home! Modern but comfortable at the same time. My family really enjoyed our time there.

This home is out of the City, but close to a lot of things to do. I only wish it had a hot tub, and maybe some games or puzzles.

This property is beautiful, quiet and massive. My kids had a great time playing in the snow (traveled all the way from Texas). The house was stocked well with all the basic amenities, kitchen very nice to cook in. The property manager sent very clear and concise instructions for the everything in house. The interior was clean, as a party of nine we had plenty of towels and extra blankets for everyone.The phone reception was very touch and go, I would recommend bringing your own hot spot and streaming device for the tv’s, phones etc. Wi-Fi was available but I kept getting kicked off. Overall very nice stay!
