Wristbands Are $25+Tax/Person Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails the entryway to the house, two bedrooms, and access to the pool area. The first guest room features a Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with Twin size beds plus two twin trundles (6 beds total) and a flat-screen TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the backyard and private pool! The second floor consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as two more bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Guests will love hanging out and relaxing in the tastefully decorated living room which provides comfortable couch seating around a large flat-screen TV and is located just off the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans & dish ware you'll need to cook delicious family meals while you're on vacation. It also features stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 guests and there is access to the balcony facing Gulf Blvd! The balcony is also a wonderful area to sit and enjoy meals with friends and family or just enjoy a beverage. The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a private access to a second balcony with views to the beach access across Gulf Blvd. The second bedroom upstairs will feature a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Guests will enjoy hanging out by the large pool area at 3419 Gulf. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs for guests to catch a tan and relax in South Padre Island's tropical climate. Place was cute, nicely decorated. Location was great, the beach access is literally across the street. The pool was great, nice size for 9 people. The only thing with the pool was how to access, we could use one of the bedrooms on the second floor or use the front door walking outside to the side gate. Would have been nice to access from inside the first floor. The second floor beds are a bit firm but others liked that. The fridge and kitchen is a little small for large groups but we worked with it. Other than that, place was well stocked, comfortable room arrangement for 9 people, nice large dining table. Would stay here again!

We recently visited this property on a quick family getaway …This property is more than a house, it is really a complete package for a beach vacay. When you arrive the size and scale really hits you, from the huge private garage to the large indoor space with 4 bedrooms , all decorated in their own coastal theme. It sits on a large lot facing the gulf and has ocean views from both balconies. Parking at SPI can be hard to find, there is Plenty of private parking on multiple sides of the home (up to 6 vehicles)! There is a large pool on one side of the property with plenty of space for after beach activities, outdoor cooking and fun! We were on the beach everyday in under 2 minutes , because of an access directly across the street. Too many good things to say about this home, it has everything you could need and a perfect location. We will be back !

This place was perfect. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 6 kids. First things is there is plenty of parking, we had 3 vehicles, and the place has parking for 6. Also space in the garage to keep the cars from heating up. The parents each had a room while the kids had a blast in the "kids" bedroom which had 2 bunk beds and 2 trundles. Beyond this plenty of room and storage. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Fantastic outdoor space on the second level to eat as well. Location is fantastic. Literally right across from a path to the beach which made bringing things over easy. In the afternoon when the kids got a bit tired of the beach half of us would come back to the house and enjoy the pool for a few more hours. Small small issue but important to note there are no condiments/spices so you'll have to make a quick trip to dollar general for this. Aside from this, we had a fantastic time. I can definitely see us booking this exact house again in the future.

Visited South Padre Island with a group of friends/family for a weekend getaway. This beach house was perfect! Very nicely decorated, a lot of room, great balconies on 2 sides of the house with gulf/beach views, and a great outdoor area with pool and lots of space to hang out. The location is perfect as well, with several restaurants/bars within walking distance, and a beach access directly across the street. We will be back!

The house was excellent! The pool was great! The kitchen was not able to accommodate the cookware needed to cook at the house. We did our best to cook with what was available. I would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our 4-night stay with our 4 adult grandchildren. Very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated house.The beach access is right across the street. Very nice size pool and the covered porch outside the dining area was great for quiet morning coffee. We called maintenance with questions on the pool and they were very prompt in calling us back. It required a visit from maintenance and they were there within 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure we had all our questions answered. The master bedroom has its own walk out deck where you also have outdoor stair access down to the pool.

We recently stayed at 3419 Gulf and were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The home was spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located for both relaxation and adventure. Centrally located and with easy access to the beach, each day was filled with sun, sand, and surf. Each of the four bedrooms was comfortable and well-decorated, and the home provides ample space for a large group of friends or family. The common areas were perfect for hosting, with a standard kitchen, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to gather. The outdoor areas were a real highlight, with upstairs patios, comfortable seating, and a sparkling pool to enjoy. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience for all the best that the Island has to offer.
