The hotel is well located a short distance to the famous walking street.
The owners are very helpful and speak English and Thai, they provided advice on what to see and do in Chiang Khan.
They offered us coffee and crossaints for breakfast even though breakfast was not included in the room rate.
The rooms upstairs are simple, with good air-conditioning and WiFi.
I would book again.

Impressive space and high cleanliness standards. The owners have been exceptionally kind and they really went an extra mile for me to be able to go back home in the morning. Location is excellent, literally off the walking street with the main road, temples and river walk few minutes away. I could not recommend this place enough! I wish I could give 10 stars!. Thank you ever so much

Amazing guesthouse! The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and lovely with two balconies. It was right off the main walking street, and there were bikes available if you wanted to explore further afield. Had the best time at this guesthouse and would absolutely stay again.
