The Space:
Five elegantly appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The master suite features a plush king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the lush garden. Four additional bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Seven modern bathrooms throughout.
Gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher). Spacious dining area and comfortable living room with TV. Outside: sparkling private pool, BBQ grill, and garden seating for unforgettable outdoor moments. Washer and dryer included for convenience.
Your stay includes a dedicated staff team (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM):
• Private cook preparing breakfast and lunch daily
• Personal butler
• Daily housekeeping
Food and beverages not included. Personal concierge assists with pre-arrival grocery shopping and remains available throughout your stay.

All guests renting private villas or apartments must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival. This property is in a private community, and identification will be requested from all guests for access. Daily rates per person are $30 per adult (12 years and older), $15 per child (ages 4–12), and free for children under 4 years old. (Note: Rates increased to $30/adult and $15/child effective February 1, 2026, for stays under 30 days—confirm the exact current amount upon booking or arrival.)

We had 5 guys on a 2 day trip to DR to fish. We didn't stay at the house much given we were fishing all day but it was great to come home to and relax and the staff was quite helpful. They cooked a traditional chicken, rice and beans dinner for us one evening and it was great.
