Location:

All our panoramic apartments are on the top floor, right in the center of the small mountain village of Gufidaun above Klausen (just a 3-minute drive to the valley) and in the heart of South Tyrol. We are in the Eisack Valley between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to Val Gardena (Seceda, Seiser Alm, Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski area) and Val di Funes (Geisler), close to the Dolomites. Three restaurants and a pizzeria are just a two-minute walk away.

The 48 m² panoramic apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed mountain view from its west-facing balcony and is on the top floor, ensuring peace and relaxation.

Modern, high-quality two-room apartments in Alpine style. One bedroom with double bed, a living room with seating area, a sofa bed for two more people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bidet.

Wellness and outdoor:

The highlight is the lovingly designed outdoor area for relaxation and recharging. Your heated whirlpool with outdoor shower (open May to November), sun loungers, relaxation zone, lounge, two terraces with wonderful views, and various areas to unwind. Table tennis and table football are available for active guests.



The South Tyrol Guest Pass for all public transport, entry to swimming pools, ski and hiking buses is included.
