First, it is located between two community pools, Tower Court Pool, and Boardwalk Pool which includes a hot tub. Second, there are two parks within steps of the property - Pistache Park with swings, hammocks, and a fire pit; and Bocce Ball Park where the family can enjoy games such as ping pong and bocce ball. There are several other community parks within walking distance. Other community amenities include the Event Lawn, Pop-Up Shops, swim beach, tennis and basketball courts, and nature trails. Walk upstairs and you will find a second master bedroom and the bunk room. The upper stairs master bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom.
