One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the backyard. Basement: Contains 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. The other with a full-size day bed with a pull-out trundle, that can sleep an additional 3-4 people. Game room complete with TV, pool table, couches, Bluetooth speaker, Foosball table, and board games. With the current setup, you can comfortably sleep 12-14 people in the main house. Sleeps 16 if you use the air mattress provided and couches. The guest house which is attached to the main house through the garage contains an additional 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 full baths, one of which is attached to one of the bedrooms, and a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, and laundry room. You can sleep 4 people here. The attic is located over the Guest house, accessible from the backyard, and includes one king bed and a private living room, it sleeps 2 people. The entire property can comfortably sleep 18-20 people, not including the couches or air mattresses. This is an entire home rental with exclusive and private use of the 2-acre property.
