Cozy apartment with good light. 24/7 security, parking, Valet Parking, Roof Top with heated pool and the best view of the Spain park and Chapultepec Castle ! Also Snack Bar with service at your door from 12 to 6pm. Outdoor gym located on the Rooftop!! The apartment has good spaces, good height and a lot of light enters through the windows. Leather livingroom and they are very comfortable, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer and dryer in the apartment. The main room has a comfortable King size bed. The secondary bedroom has a Double bed, a large mirror and a closet. The two rooms with very good light. The main bathroom has a walk in closet, very spacious. The shower with very good pressure. Includes shampoo, soaps, body cream, etc. The secondary bathroom also with good water pressure, towels, shampoos, etc.

great property with an amazing roof deck coupled with the perfect location. Only thing missing were quality pillows and sheets. If they upgraded these two items fit would a gem!

We had a lovely stay at this property and would highly recommend. This is a great location with great amenities. The communication was easy and great. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool deck and outdoor space was beautiful. We would definitely come and stay again in this perfect neighborhood!! This condo has a lot going for it and our 9 day stay here was super convenient and relaxing.
Important tips:
-the pool on the roof has an outdoor kitchen next to it with easy food for kids. Maybe bring an extra beach towel or two if you’ve got a few kids.
-The park across the street has a great playground for kids to exercise and release energy.
-There are awesome restaurants and cafes that are walkable distances from the building. However Ubering to most places is easy too. Just be super careful loading into the car on the busy street and be mindful of rush hour and gridlock.
-everyone (restaurants and businesses) uses WhatsApp (including Horatio ). Download and use it there too.
The building security also makes it easy to feel secure coming and going from the building. Horatio (rental contact) was also always available and helpful.

We felt very safe with guards at the entrance and a secure lock. There is a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The owner is readily available for any questions. He has excellent English but his videos do a great job of explaining the lock, washing machine etc. so you may not need to contact him. We walked everywhere! Great cafes, restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and quite comfortable. Tons of good restaurants within walking distance and in addition to the convenient 7-11 next door, there is a supermarket close by too. The rooftop space was awesome! The manager was always nearby to help and answer questions- very responsive. Would come back!

Our stay was great! We got videos with instructions on how to open the door and all the details of the property. We also received videos of recommendations for places to visit. The place was clean, safe, great views, across from a park. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our time in Mexico City. Condesa/Roma neighborhoods are beautiful! Lots of walkable restaurants, bars, and shops near by with Parque Mexico and Espana located right across the street.
When we arrived, our Vrbo had been double booked on accident so we didn't stay at the unit described. Horacio was very communicative on the day we traveled so he got us set up in another unit within the same building location. The 2 bd unit was great for what we needed. There was a washer/dryer, rooftop pool, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and a 7-11 on the street corner.
Horacio also gave us written recommendations for local restaurants and best things to do in Mexico City, it was great to reference when we weren't sure what to do!
