Location Perfection

Location is ideal on the border of Roma and Condesa, overlooking the park, and has a bakery/cafe under that opens at 8. Good space, thoughtful (though a bit outdated) decor, VERY pleasant host Jonathan, warm and handsome, very friendly and smiley building super

No AC - it was fine at night but in the day it’s tough, even in February. The fan at night helps.
