Access was easy, the condo was open and the keys were on the table. First of all, the photos on the Hotels.com website are wrong. They do not correspond to the condo. The apartment is in a deplorable state. The bathroom has a broken and unusable bidet and faucet. The shower leaked everywhere. No internet password, no blankets on the beds for four people. No towels, no toilet paper. We rented for four people. We had to contact the manager who, two or three days later, gave us two pieces of fabric resembling curtains and no toilet paper. TERRIBLE I WANT A REFUND!

There was no room or villa number given to me so the security guards on June 22, Sunday, about 9-10pm didn't let me get in the property. My paid one night stay was wasted. I was tired and frustrated that this was a bad experience. I have checked my email, hotels app, there was no mention of villa name or number. And this was non-refundable so goodbye 30 USD.

This place was a dump. Cabinets unhinged. No bathroom mirror. No bathroom tp holder. Had to pay a fee to park. Had to pay a fee to use the swimming pool. Ac is right next to bed. Just an overall bad place and I would never stay here again.
