We cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and the wonderful Vicky. From our first arrival she treated us like family and the extra little touches didn’t go missed. Our first room was amazing but we asked if there was one a little closer to the pool as my wife has mobility issues so we asked for one with fewer steps. This was no problem at all. In fact Vicky moved both rooms so we were still together. Beach towels, cups of tea when we sat, all without asking. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was fantastic, in a wonderful location a short drive from both the main town and the nearby beach resorts. Pool was amazing, felt slightly heated so not too cold when you got in, and infinity side so you could enjoy the panoramic view for miles around. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and if we are ever back on Naxos would stay here again.

Hotel staff are so kind and accommodating. Checking in to ensure your stay is going smoothly. Property is clean and very well maintained, view is stunning from private balcony’s.
Would recommend hiring a car if you are staying in this location, there is a bus line but it doesn’t go on the route you’d think when looking at the map, you get dropped a good 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Otherwise if you’re not wanting to explore much or venture too far from the hotel it’s a short 15 minute walk to Agios Prokopios for the best dinner at Giannoulis.

We stayed at the Mediterranean Hotel in Naxos with my 13-year-old daughter during our vacation in June 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. This is a family-oriented hotel where personalized service truly makes a difference. We arrived late in the evening, and my daughter was both very hungry and very tired. Vicky at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure she had something to eat, finding a way to prepare a sandwich and making sure she was comfortable. That first gesture meant so much to us.
Throughout our entire stay, the service was exceptional. The staff helped us arrange taxis, coordinate directions and transportation, and assisted us with anything we needed during our time in Naxos. Every interaction felt warm, personal, and sincere.
On the day we checked out, they went above and beyond once again. Since we had to leave before breakfast officially opened, they kindly allowed us to have breakfast early and even prepared a snack for us to take with us. It was the perfect way to end an already wonderful stay.
Vicky, in particular, is truly exceptional. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and she represents the warm, family atmosphere of this hotel beautifully.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would absolutely recommend the Mediterranean Hotel to anyone visiting Naxos, especially families looking for a place where they will feel genuinely welcomed and cared for
