For this price, the room was great. The building looks cozy, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. We are both heavily allergic to dustmite and had no complains here. Also the breakfast is great for the price: good coffee, delicious breads, yoghurt, fruits and more. The personel also has a friendly vibe. We love getting value for money and here that's exactly what we got.

The price point is fair, and as a budget rest stop midway through a long journey, the hotel serves its purpose adequately. It is good for those traveling between France and Belgium, or those exploring the frontier regions.
Upon arrival, there was a visible police presence on the premises related to the removal of another guest — not exactly the welcome one hopes for. The room lacked meaningful air conditioning and offered poor noise insulation, both of which affected the quality of rest. The blackout blinds were present but not immediately obvious. Wi-Fi was weak and inconsistent, and the absence of a towel warmer in the bathroom was a noticeable comfort gap.

Good place to stop when traveling from France to Netherlands. It is very cheap and clean very close to Lille and they have baby cribs available

Bed sheets clean and bathroom clean
Grills outside bedroom window, dark stairways up to room. Mould on ceiling and could hear noise from room next door.
