In a very good location, right in the heart of old Quebec City. Keypad entry to both inititial door, making it safe, and individual lofts, so no losing keys! The internal stairs are quite steep. Loft were a nice size, well equpped and clean.

Enjoyed the room. However, we had an issue with our reservation found out that we didn't have the room for 3 days and had to leave. Management was not helpful with helping us find a new room in town, or checking on us to see if we found a place to stay.

I attempted to do early check in 1:00 p.m., due to arriving early. They told me to call back later, which I did at 2:00 p.m. They told me we could not check in early because the room was not ready. When we went to check in at 4:00 p.m. we were told we could not check in until 45 minutes after the check in time due to no cleaning staff. I called back at 4:45 p.m. to obtain the entry code. I was informed they did not receive my douments, which I emailed to them a week before our trip. The male staff told me I needed to email my information to them before they would give me the code. I told them I did not have internet until I checked into the room. The staff continued to tell me I needed to email the information. I asked him to text the information to me and I could text my documents. The staff said he would send a text and he NEVER sent the text. I called back after waiting 10 minutes and got a different staff, female, who told me she would give me the code and to email the documents when I got in the room, and had there internet password, which I did. The male staff was rude and not helpful at all. We waited 4 hours in the Subway by the loft and had to leave because we sat there for so long. After leaving the Subway we stood in an alcove in the rain trying to obtain the entry code. We had been traveling all day and were exhausted.The male staff could have cared less. It was a frustrating experience. What horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!

The property is located in an ideal Location.. we would definitely stay here again..

We were pleased with the space and the great location. Seeing the old city from the loft was so easy. Loved being able to walk to all the sights and putting our car in one of the lots close by for our 3 day stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Les Lofts de Buade.

Check in was awful, couldn’t get the code to enter building in a timely manner. The code to enter the room did not work. Had to wait for 30 min for someone to come let us in. We should get a free nights stay or at least a refund

Excellent property. No elevator.

We checked in without having any shower towels . We called the receptionist ,a staff picked up and said she will bring the towels over to us. We had waited for long time, she called back and said she couldn’t a get a hold of her manager , she’s 25 minutes away and she has no car to bring over the towels . She said will bring them over at 11am tomorrow ( which is our check out time ) . This morning at 10:30am , we called to ask for towels and the late check out , someone eles picked up and refused to help us , same with no late check out offer . We are very disappointed of this poor “hotel” quality service .

The property was excellent and great location. Once construction around is finished it will be greatly improved . You could not hear construction as rooms were sound proof. I would stay here again

Perfect location and apartment in beautiful Quebec

Me and my husband stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect for everything. Most of the attractions are within walking distance and so many dining options around. I would stay here again when I visit the city next time.

This place looks nicer online than in person. It suited our needs because we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The furniture is sparse and cheap. An upgrade of the couch and kitchen table/chairs is needed!. On the plus side the location is excellent and the bed was comfortable !

Walking distance to many restaurants and shops

It was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location, nice and clean, great communication. Everything worked as it should. Furnished properly(Only slight thing I would suggest to change are the bedside tables, not the most stable) Shower was great. Perfect kitchen for cooking should that be needed. Can't think of anything else to change or improve. We felt it was excellent value for money. Definitely use them again on our next visit. Thank you.

Great location

The loft was in a great location, very close to the old section. Lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all the basics in good working order. Everything was very clean. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great location on the heart of Old Quebec. Travellers be forewarned there is no elevator. We were on the third floor and it was a hike to get up the stairs.

Property was well situated in Old Quebec for visiting local tourist sites. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were reasonably new. However, we stayed a week and found the smell from Subway Restaurant on main floor was overwhelming and unpleasant. There was no ability to open windows for fresh air. It would be helpful to have management provide soap for laundry machine for purchase on site. We had to search for a local store that sold soap and ultimately purchased a large bottle as that was all that was available. More bathroom towel bars or hooks please (only 1bar available) , as well as a drying rack for laundry. Living room furniture was a bit tired.

Fantastic location - beautiful loft !

The trip didn't start well when we couldnt get in the front door (they gave us the wrong code) but once they (finally) came to let us in, things looked up. The location is very central and the room was reasonably large and well appointed with a small kitchenette and decent bathroom. It was nicely, if simply, decorated and reasonably comfortable for the price.

Our apartment was very nice, clean and spacious enough for two people. It was right in the heart of the historic district and right around the corner from the Frontenac. I highly recommend it!

We weren't given access codes to our condo hotel until an hour before check in because we were told that they needed credit card information from us, but we never received an email from them requesting this information. Then when we arrived, there weren't adequate toiletries, there was only shampoo and 1 small bar of soap. I then had to request additional shampoo, conditioner and soap. Finally, we were supposed to have a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker in our unit, but all we had was a coffee maker with no filters or complimentary coffee provided. When I emailed them, they sent a staff member over who apologized, gave us a Nespresso machine and only 1 pod. We were told that we would be given more the next morning and then they didn't deliver. I will say that the loft was comfortable, clean and in a great location. However, the lack of attention to detail was a disappointment, especially since we had to go to go out and buy coffee every morning. For the amount of money we paid for this accomodation, I expected better service. We're not sure that we would stay with them again.

Liked: Location was excellent, the bathroom was very nice and the room was very clean other than a soiled couch Disliked: There were no dressers or place to put our cloths so we had to leave our them in our suitcases and leave them on the floor The door handle to the closet was missing The handle to the bathroom was broken they suppled us with only one wine glass and one cereal bowl the building air conditioner was right outside our one window which was very loud and unsightly Requested another room but wasn't granted one

It is well located if you want to be in the old center. Very noise though if you have a room to the Main Street. The service and communication with them was awful. Few hours before arriving we were asked for a credit card deposit, for some reason none of the 3 credit cards we provided by phone (recall this is not a hotel) worked, but the place was already paid. Lofts' answer was "you call your Spanish bank (6 hours difference!) and solve it or you stay in the street". Loft did not accept to try debit card, neither cash (we offered to go to their offices). We were before in Montreal & Toronto, no issues at all with credit card. Finally we used a company credit card that worked! 300$ deposit. Went into the room, and it was not clean, still dirty from previous visitor, called again. Finally we got into the room a couple of hours later... They offered upgrade the room, we did not need that but a couple of hours extras in the room the day we left, but that , again, not possible ...

The location was phenomenal, and it was nice to have a refrigerator to take our leftovers home and eat later.

Very nice loft…we had read the reviews so we knew about the stairs (good exercise). The only issue we had was that we found the sliding door to the washroom a little tricky, but once we figured it out we were good. Nice amenities, location was central…all and all a very good visit!
