The room was ver nice and the attendance was ver polite and friendly. The entrance was a little hard to find at first, but then very easy. Would definitely stay again

The property is located between the harbor and the main shopping street (about 500 meters away). Since we visited soon after the EU borders opened again from covid (late June), it was extremely quiet with very few people walking the streets. However, I can imagine that it might get super full when cruise ships dock early in the morning and thousands of passengers disembark to visit Palermo for the day. The flat was clean and in a secure building. No breakfast is available at the time of our stay due to covid.

It was a nice visit but the staff was a little difficult and did not communicate well. Switched our accomodations but that was partly him, expedia, and us.
