We had a most enjoyable relaxing three days by the beach following 14 travelling through Tuscany. The standards and service were exemplary, the staff are all levels were so professional and friendly. The breakfast could not be improved and with such a setting it was great. Very high standards for the evening meal and of course you pay a premium for this. Rooms were large and only 2 minutes from the beach where you have your own lounger allocated to you for the duration. First class venue, expensive in parts but worth it.

Though the property we booked at Expedia was not what we expected as the description was unclear and Four adults could not stay in the bungalow suite the property gave us another room at no expense

Great property, classy, staff crew are professionals.
Egor is great. Staff remembers from year to year.
Management is awesome and helpful all the time
The manager Sylvia is a friendly and helpful.
All over staff, front desk, waiters, cleaners, managements, and bellboys are the best of the best.
Only missing thing in this hotel is a Gym , but they do some classes, but gym is needed to make it as a cherry on the top.
Breakfast is great , dinners are lovely.
We keep going there every year.
