Apartment was good but was unable to get the wi fi to the tv working and there was never anyone in reception to help. Had to take the quilt off bed as multiple nasty stains on it.

Having own laundry service was perfect! Room was quiet even while being on a main road. Pool was perfect, we utilised the steam and sauna rooms. Everything was great!

Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up. And its on a very steep angle. It would be hazardous to elderly or those with mobility issues.

On arrival reception not manned,
Finding carpark space was difficult
Basement carpark Lifts incorrectly marked
Room not clean, crumbs on floor, marks on glass tables
Pool was good, location was good.
Administration not good, took 1 month to get pre authorised deposit refunded, as property did not clear pending amount.
