Great location for those who want to be surrounded by restaurants and easy access to Tenjin Starion. Large space compared to hotel rooms which made it great for 3 guests. Easy check in and check out process.
It was a little dusty in some areas, the couch was quite stained and a lot of worn out furniture. Needs a bit of a refresher.

The accommodation is right next to the shopping area and easy to find. The facility is a bit old inside and some dirts near the AC, and the main entrance is widely open all times. I would only suggest this place to those who don’t stay at hotel much (the bed is quite comfy tho
