Property was very clean and modern with excellent amenities. Host (Bill) was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Location was also good within reasonable walking distance to all the main attractions. I highly recommend the W&M house, we will be using it when we come back to Japan.

Bill was there ready for us to check in as soon as we arrived so easy.
The apartment was clean everything we needed the bedding was amazing!
Close to everything you need restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops.

Everything was very good! Bill had a personalized attention. The apartment is so new and everything works great. It’s close and convenient to things to do in the city, convenient to take a taxi to the train station or downtown. A family mart is close.
The apartment is not huge (for American standards). Our 5 people felt like really tight so consider that when getting it. It was access to a nice rooftop.
Perhaps the only thing you would want out of this property to be is that the payment at the property is done in their office in the building and not the apartment which was a little inconvenient. For us travelers that can afford this property we could simply pay in advance and not have to interact with the landlord.
