This is simply a lovely place to stay in Penzance. The owners are so kind and helpful, breakfast was excellent everyday, it’s close to everything, and the room was so comfortable. Stay here. It’s awesome.

The hosts Clare and Kevin were fantastic. I stayed there for a week. They were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home immediately. The room was in tip-top condition, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Cleaning was done every day. The breakfast, both continental and English, were fantastic in terms of taste, quality, and plentiful. The hot breakfast was especially great. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy that as well.
I definitely want to stay here again, or even multiple times. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

A great B&B. Very comfortable room and a great breakfast! Clare was very friendly and helpful. Easy late entry. Close to the railway station and the town centre. Very happy to find this lovely B& B and would recommend.

Very nice B&B within easy walking distance of Penzance town. Our room was very nicely furnished with a huge, fabulously comfortable bed and good sized en-suite bathroom. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, large tv and ample storage space for clothes. Claire was a super host, chatty and friendly and very helpful with advice and local suggestions. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice on offer and presented beautifully. Car parking was good. All in all it was an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning again in the future!
