Excellent, friendly and professional staff customer service.
Place was very clean, shower was hot with good flow. Comfortable bed.
Although there was a fan in the room, it got way too warm and stuffy without the window bring open, but the catch on the window was missing. As there is a communal landing right outside the room, it meant any passers by of other rooms (or the public) could get into your room at night as the widow was very big and a low level. That being said, I think this is unlikely as the area felt very safe and the hotel said there are cameras everywhere.

For the budget price it’s good. The staff are incredibly helpful and let me check in early on the same day I booked (after another hotel had double booked my room and wouldn’t honour my reservation).

Staff was very kind. Breakfast was relatively good. Our room had ample space (we book the premium for 3 people), it was clean and comfy with good AC.
Motel vibe. 1st and 2nd for rooms were not up to standard. No elevator to reach the upper floors.
