Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items
Great stay overall and would return.

I liked the staff disponibility and their kindness but I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t change my bed sheets even though they were clearly stained by my henna tattoo

Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other block
