Breakfast was good with fresh bread , croissants , eggs good coffee .

Location

Told reception at check in that I would pay my bill in the morning when I checked out. However when I tried to pay, the receptionist said my bill had already been paid. Seems they had decided to charge my credit card which I did not want or agree to. Furthermore they also charged a friends account to my credit card. Again I never agreed to this. Bookings.com state that credit card is just to confirm booking and nothing would be automatically charged to it. That was not the case.

Easy parking

all the non working :no working airconditioner, no hot water ( In all hotel) and no respons on the complaint about this

Rooms are in need of freshening up. The breakfast was over priced and over rated. The bread didn't even seem fresh and the croissants were rubbery. €11.90 for breakfast was far too expensive.

Breakfast good and evening meal fine and good value. Room had all required facilities including kettle. Very much a stop over motel for the ferry but clean and comfortable with parking.

Facilities a little dated but not a problem.

You can park without problems

No English speaking chanels on tv. Really depressing location. The cafe/restaurant was closed, so guests had to drive to eat. Minimal facilities.

Easy to find. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable with tea and coffee and basic soap and shampoo. Air conditioning was a blessing! Breakfast was good with a limited range of juices, bread and yoghurt. Boiled eggs were an option and coffee was ok.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer.

I've booked a hotel and have a confirmation letter. When I visit the hotel, the staff said that my reservation is cancel Even though I can confirm my reservation is in normal condition in booking.com. The Staff said they don't know why my reservation is still valid because they made a cancel in their system and said that I have to make a complain to booking.com not their fault. Therefore, I've looking for another hotel but it was not easy due to weekend. It was disaster for me to make a choose this hotel.

A member of staff stayed until we arrived and was very welcoming although we were late due to the chaos in Dover. Room was fine for one night.

Was very warm days and the air conditionner didn’t worked the hôtel knew about it but nothing was done. The dinner the Monday was not in a warm welcome with the waiter, warm day and not allowed to eat outside because he was alone to serve ☹️

bed are very confy, and room very nice, breakfast was good as a buffet. the site surrounding the hotel is very nice and has a lot to offer.

the wifi need definatly to be better. an update to the bathroom would be a nice idea... and would love to see some fridge back maybe to keep some water bottles ....

None English speaking night staff that wasn't allowed to handle payments either cash or card, tried to pay our coffee and bar bill before leaving to catch our train , had to leave phone number and didnt recieve a call but did get a message through booking . Com to say we left without paying and need to pay .restaurant was closed all weekend we found out when checking in, overall very poor
