The rooms were super clean and nice but the walls are super thin. There is a beautiful restaurant/bar on property but it stays open until 12am with loud music and you can hear the airplanes that fly over constantly. But otherwise, really great property.

This place was a huge surprise. It's like a little Key West oasis right in Miami. First, the parking was simple and free. The landscaping was gorgeous. I had friends over one night and we had wine and cheese in the gardens. The property is made up of several victorian houses, each painted a different color -- super charming. We walked through a little parlour area to the door whenever we went out. While the rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable, my one suggestion to the owners is to please add mini fridges to the rooms. I know there were no mini fridges in 1908 and you want people to go to your bar/restaurant, it is super hot and humid in Miami and drinking warm/hot water or soda, etc. took away from the experience.
Wifi was good and I liked how there were combination locks on the doors, though mine was a pain when I left the room. I stayed three nights in August and would happily stay again!
