Kitchen is shared with other guests, which is very nice and you won't find it in most places. Washer and dryer are also shared with other guests and included in price, which is just awesome. Baba is a great host, sometimes could be very chatty though :)
WiFi does not work from 2am till 6am, which is not crucial, but just strange. Every room has 2 AC systems installed, window air AC and split system AC ... but only window air AC is working and it is damn too loud. Rooms are cleaned every week, but it includes only floor sweeping :(

It was pretty central, no shops close by, still have to take a short uber ride. Incredibly clean and has everything you could need for a short stay. The manager is very attentive and always willing to help.
We had some problems checking in as we didnt have a full payment for our entire stay, we had half and would have provided the other half the next day. This wasnt well received but i suppose company policy is company policy.
