I like it was very close to several places and also a few minute from touristic places. You have free parking based on first come first serve but there are several spaces.

The real plus for this hotel is the parking. It is located at the back of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants are close by.
Parking seems unsecured, but it isn't.

The room was large and spacious, perfect for two people, and very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. There was a kettle available in the lobby, along with paper cups, coffee, and sugar.
Overall, everything was excellent. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from downtown Miami. However, North Miami Beach is easily reachable by bus or car in about 20 minutes.

Lot of problems but one is resolved and another was not resolved
