The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip!

We had a really wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate and the daily room service kept it so throughout our stay. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The view from the bedroom across the bay was beautiful.

One of those hotels where you can actually just stay in the hotel area for a couple of days and enjoy.
Good restaurant for the evening dinner is just 1 minute down the street. Perfect.
