Lovely evening stay made by meeting two delightful UK/ Romanian couples .
Check in at 3 pm . Staff initially unaware I had already paid for accomodation . Room (barrel ) was quirky but bathroom was really too small . Wine tasting was an interesting experience and dinner was excellent . Breakfast was somewhat disappointing with usual buffet where ‘hot ‘ food was tepid . Waiter service would have been nice . Pricey at full price for one night stay but. Dry enjoyable none the less .

On my first day the service was great. On the second during breakfast I was totally ignored, all others around me were asked if they would like to have some coffee or tea. Another one asked all except of me if they would like to have an omelet. The reason was that those two didn't spoke english and I was the only one who didn't spoke Russian or Romanian in the room. It is really sad because everything else was just perfect.
