A charming place with the warmest and most welcoming staff. The property is small but beautiful, our room was perfect, had everything we needed and efficiently organized. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Accommodations are exactly as advertised.
Central location in Evora, walking distance to everything.
Pool was cold however.

We stayed in 4 places during our Portugal trip and this was our favorite. The location is awesome - Evora is not a huge place, and the Rick Steves walking tour goes right past this place. So very easy to walk to all the sites and many restaurants. The manager was wonderful - super friendly and helpful (she helped us find a parking spot for instance). We stayed in a family apartment which was quite spacious with two BRs. Only negative is that there is only one bathroom (which we knew) and one BR is a loft area so you do need to go downstairs to use it in middle of the night. The AC worked great. The courtyard was adorable and if we had stayed longer I could see having lunch or wine hour in that area. We never used the pool so I can't speak to it. One thing to be aware is that if you drive up to drop off your luggage before finding parking, you will need to navigate through standard streets in a walled city, including a breath-holding exit right past the property between two walls. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful town.

We were only here for one night, but loved our short stay. We were located in one of the rooms located on the top floor. The hotel is absolutely charming and I loved the history of the house and how modern the rooms were. We had so much space in our family suite. The room was quiet in the evening and a good temperature. My daughter used the pool and it was perfect for her. The check in process was super easy and the woman at the front desk was just the sweetest. She helped us to the room, blocked a parking spot for us and took my daughter to see the pool.
I'm sad we only stayed for one day, but I would come back. It was incredibly convenient to walk to everything we wanted to see and even though the roads look a little scary on Google maps, you can get your car through without an issue.
Highly recommend this property. It was great for our family. Just know that you will have to climb stairs and there is no elevator, which was fine for us.
