The hotel is a family run business and they do it right. The staff is very helpful though speaking German would have helped us as only one or two employees spoke English. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on this trip, and we had pizza each night we were there. The location worked well for us because we visited multiple towns on the lake.
A few years ago we had a similar hotel on Lake Como. A Hotel with a road at the front door then the beach and the Lake. The road was much louder here than the hotel on Lake Como.

Convenient location, proximity to the beach, room cleanliness.
Repetitive breakfast and relative small breakfast serving room which lead for queues for coffee machine and buffet.
