Fabulous location on the shore of lake maggiore with direct access to the water . The hosts Ugo and Co were super friendly and helpful . Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was a great start to the day not least because of the lovely way it was all brought and served to you

The service is very friendly and the served breakfast every morning on the sunny terrace was really good. The room was simple but very clean with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains from the large door windows. The garden towards the lake is also very beautiful and the private beach access to the lake would be perfect for the summer. The parking with EV charger was also very convenient.
The only thing I would change are the single beds pushed together to form a double bed (common in Switzerland) For couples who enjoy snuggling, someone always manages to get wedged between the two beds which move apart easily.

Hugo and Verbena are the two gems that shine in the wonderful Rivabella. It was my third visit to this special place, and it’s the people running the hotel that make it such a special place. The break on the patio was so intimate and we so enjoyed seeing Verbena again as she took care of us with her cheerful and kind demeanor. The views from our room were incredible, and swimming in the lake and then simply lounging in the sun was sweetZ
