The room I was staying has its own pool which is fantastic and restaurant by the big pool was great 👍

Staff was really friendly and helpful, close to Rhodes old town, car rental agency is inside the hotel, food was great

Pool is only open between 10-18, also there is a play room for the kids, but open some hours in the morning and some hours in the afternoon, but the times were not good for the daily routine of our kids. The pool bar does not have fruit options to order, would be nice to have also.

No room service. No iron in the room, if you want them to iron it for you, you have to pay. Buffet very poor with options. Rent a car lady very sarcastic and rude. The barman didn't gave us ice because of the "hotel policy" Rooms fairly deep cleaned (allot of dust and cobweb all over the room) And the last thing was the communication failure with the taxi that we booked through hotel to go back to the airport, where we lost 25 minutes and had to rush. Plus he overcharged us. All over very disappointed, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff. The hotel was well maintained and, on paper, had everything you could want.

The "entertainment" was loud and intrusive. The hotel let itself down in the details, eg. rooms did not have any introduction notes, additional charges for using the room safe, and bathroom extractor fan not working etc. The variety at breakfast was good, but the quality not so.

very disappointing service , we went for dinner and while we were eating the waitress smashed the trays of glasses and plates next to us glass was everywhere in the food in the pram , no apologies no remorse , pretended not to understand then made us pay full price , pathetic

Nice grounds and pool plus good location and good value. Needs a face lift to brighten the dingy brown colour walls. Upgrade to swim up room was a nice touch but water was freezing.

breakfast was poor, initially looked like a good range but choice was limited and quality wasn’t great. Didn’t taste freshly made (omelette just stacked under a heat lamp) toaster didn’t work, fruit platter was empty every time I went to get some. Continental breakfast range at least should have been better. More pastries, hand and cheeses should have been available. Bar food needs upgrading and with more choice.

Room stunk we asked for cleaners and they come to the room and said it didn’t smell was rather rude when it stunk of a musky damp smell asked to move room and pay extra and they didn’t to anything about it…had to pay for sun beds on the beach and the dinner was awful!!

- I stayed with my wife for one full week at the beginning of September 2022. - I had corresponded with the hotel well in advance and requested a room not far walking distance from the main facilities. - Also I mentioned that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. - We arrived already at 1pm which was early, but this was no problem and we were given a room very near the lift on second floor which was near to all facilities. - This was a great plus! - The staff in reception were very helpful. - I had informed in advance that we needed gluten-free food for my wife and lactose-free dairy products. - This was handled very well. - On the first evening the head chef from the kitchen personally showed us around the buffet table pointing out the gluten-free foods which were the majority. - He did this on some other evenings also.- Wonderful, helpful professional worker! - The main gluten-free exceptions were the deserts and breads. - However the chef actually made my wife a personal gluten-free cake desert one evening which was wonderful. - We had really no problems with the food. Also at breakfast the staff provided my wife with gluten free bread and brought us lactose -free milk to our table. Wonderful! - We wish to thank Katerina and Marina in the restaurant for their attention, help and service. - On two occasions they specially prepared a “Reserved table” nicely decorated. - Hard working ladies! Thanks! - The lady on the second floor who cleaned our room daily was very helpful. She quickly changed our bed pillows which were very large to smaller ones. - The hotel, even though it is older is spotless clean and well maintained. - The pool area always had plenty of sun-beds and is kept very clean. - All in all we had a very pleasant, easy week. All the staff we encountered were helpful and happy. - The price / quality was in balance

- We had small problems with the air-condition and one of the lights in the bedroom but these were fixed very quickly.

Too crowded at breakfast, facilities getting old.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Easy to get to on the bus from Rhodes Town. Walking distance to Kallithea Springs. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
