Great hotel stuff, friendly cleaning ladys, great breakfest and dinner. Clean pools and facilities.

Nice hotel, good pool

We stayed at the Kresten Palace at the end of July. It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The receptionists, Eleni and Pamela, upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with a private pool. We were pleasantly surprised to also receive free dinner. My son was delighted with the experience . We had a wonderful time in our private pool, as well as in the large pool. The room included a refrigerator, kettle, bathrobes, and pool towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes. Breakfast included delicious coffee, various types of bread and pastries, eggs, pancakes, salads, yogurt, porridge , homemade desserts, and cookies. The dinner buffet was also very good, offering a variety of salads (ideal for vegetarians), fish, delicious desserts, and more. Water and drinks are charged separately, but very good (all served in glass bottles). The staff was very friendly and smiling, and there was a wide variety of breads. The lunch buffet was also very good, with dishes changing regularly. The hotel offers a variety of activities, such as, aqua aerobics, and arcade games. There's also a gym, spa, giant chess set, connect game, and a playground next to the big pool, There was also some nice entertainment in the evening. I am so happy and grateful for the experience. Thank you all that work hard to provide this amazing experience to guests ☺️

It would be nice if the hotel provided drinking water in the room

Good location, room was nice

They didn’t have available iron !! I came to Rodos for one night for family wedding and couldn’t iron my husbands shirt, ridiculous! Also there was not even one bottle of water in the fridge provided in the room. Also a cleaning lady entered in the morning without nocking the door, then she shouted something and she just left
