Centrally located - right across from Central Train Station

Tyvärr var frukosten försenad cirka 30 min, vilket innebar att vi fick äta frukost på ett annat ställe. Väl tillbaka på hotellet talade vi med den ansvariga som beklagade det inträffade och tog på sig att ersätta oss för den uteblivna frukosten.
Hotellet tog ett stort ansvar och ersatte oss fullt ut för den missade frukosten. Vi fick ekonomisk kompensation och erbjudande om fri frukost på andra Elite hotell.
Kvaliteten på ett hotell visar sig oftast bäst i förmågan att hanterar när något blir fel, Bishop Arms i Kristianstad visade med stor tydlighet att de har denna förmåga.
Vädret var sådant att vi skulle haft nytta av en luftkonditionering. :)

Nice room, comfortable bed, near the centre of town, great breakfast! I ate in the pub attached to the hotel and was happy with the meal too.
Nowhere to store a bicycle but the manager ended changing my room and letting me store it in a hallway at the end of the building. It was a bit more pricey than usual but I think it is the area.

Location, free parking for guests, good breakfast.
Old premises, outdated room and bathroom. The worst factor a couple of large ventilators mounted on the building wall outside my window, constantly on also during the night, creating very noticeable constant noise and vibration even with windows closed. Impossible to relax and concentrate.
