Modern, temiz, konforlu ve temizlik personeli muhteşemdi, özellikle odamdan sorumlu olan Bayan Seda; çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü.

Not my first stay at Jaleriz, it is very well located and at the same time, not noisy for a big city. My room was at the 4th floor, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Good wi-fi, great breakfast, big bed. Last but not least, all the staff members are professional, friendly and polite.
You can only open the room window a little bit.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic centre of the city. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was an excellent traditional Turkish buffet with a large range of hot and cold dishes. Air-conditioning in the room was excellent.
We had a jacuzzi room which was quite cramped, probably due to the huge amount of space taken up by the bathroom. There was very little space for suitcases etc. The room was generally quite tired and in need of attention with stains and flaking paint on the ceiling. The corridor carpet was marked.
