何度か利用させてますが、スタッフさんの対応も良くて、車での行きますので駐車場の心配も無くて非常に重宝させて頂いてます
二人での宿泊には部屋やベッドが少し狭いかな❗️

知多半田駅前でアクセスもよく、徒歩圏内に居酒屋やコンビニなどがチラホラありました。
お値段もリーズナブルで朝食のビュッフェも大変美味しかったです。
枕も固め好きな方、柔らかめ好きな方でリバーシブルになっているようで片方は固め、もう片方はふわふわみたいな感じで好きに切り替えができる仕様で良かったです。
コンビニはローソンとセブンイレブンどちらもある為不便ではないと思います。
フロントの対応もとても素晴らしく気持ちよく2泊3日過ごすことが出来ました。
また車椅子のお客様等も居られましたが、車椅子などの身体障害者向けのサービスもかなり良かったように感じます。
部屋自体は清潔で大変過ごしやすかったのですが、少し廊下を歩く音や喋り声などが大きく聞こえるところや、エアコンの温度調節ができない(風量は調節できました)所が少し不便に思えました。
駐車場は自家用車で来てる方も多いのか、近場のホテル付属無料駐車スペース(第1、第2駐車場)は早々に埋まってしまい、サービス券を頂いて第2立体駐車場(上は名鉄イン契約駐車スペース以外は月極になってます)下の有料駐車場に止めなければなりませんので少し面倒です。

The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent.
Too much noise, not because it's near the station but because you can hear the person beside your room.
The breakfast doesn't taste good; other hotels with the same price offer more variety of food for breakfast.
The bed is not comfy at all.
They have free wifi but no use at all. The signal is too bad that you can’t use your phone if you use their wifi. I end up using my data during my whole stay.
