Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe atenciosa e respeitosa, a dona da hospedagem foi muito atenciosa em resolver meu problema de quarto. Ela foi excepcional.
O quarto que me foi dado era extremamente frio e o aquecedor não aquecia adequadamente, portanto pedi para trocar de quarto, a funcionaria disse que eu deveria esperar a dona aparecer no hotel para resolver, então a dona nos trocou de quarto sem problema algum. Outro problema que teve na acomodação foi a água que ficou duas noites sem aquecimento, mas depois resolveram prontamente.

Breakfast was adequate. Most of the staff was lovely - except one. The jacuzzi in the bathtub worked. The room was clean and safe.
Location was further from the center of town than expected, and a long uphill walk back. The room was dark, the refrigerator did not work, and the hot water was intermittent. One of the staff members treated everyone like naughty children - though the rest were lovely.
