Virtual receptionist was a novelty. Hotel smacks a bit like a hostel... we would use it again.

The location for what I needed was great.
Breakfast for the price should have been included. No fan in the room despite 30'+ temps. Vomit on the stairs still there the following day.

Odd little hotel. Check in is done remotely via a screen. We didn’t spend much time here as we chose to eat at the restaurant across the road but the hotel was clean and functional so no complaints

Excellent location, convenient for overnight stay, clean sheets and hot water, cafe linked to hotel had helpful, cheerful service and good food.
Check in on screen was impersonal, the written offer of an upgrade was withdrawn without prior notification (apparently a technical fault had been fixed), fittings especially in the shared bathroom were shabby, our two coat hangers were broken. Could be better very easily.
