The apartment located at very good location, near to sea and close to supermarkets and restruants. The staff were helpful and kind. The rooms and facilires were clean and modern, everything worked fine. First we had strugled about the close of airport and train line, due to expected high noise level but it wasn't problem at all.

Very nice private parking garage for the car which made carrying heavy luggages much easier (elevator for accessibility as well); very nice staff; nice to have a private terrace area before entering the apartment; clean and comfortable
The area is quite noisy and the sound proofing was not enough to keep the noises out, so a bit difficult to relax

We were in the apartment for the New Year 2023. The apartment was extremely cold - heating with air conditioning. The air conditioning turned itself off very often. The kitchen is extremely small, badly damaged, without a kettle. This apartment is not for the winter period. A big advantage is the garage inside the hotel. The receptionist insisted on paying the tourist tax, even though it was clearly written on the booking confirmation that the price includes the tourist tax, i.e. that it has been paid. This is very unprofessional. Only after our persistence did he conclude that it is not necessary because we have a "gold card" - which is not true.
