Great looking apartment in Austrian wood style interiour although still having modern facilities.
The air conditioning was needed (included in the price) since it was still pretty warm during the stay (one window was directly at the outside smokers area so couldn't open for ventilation).
Free parking on the premises behind a locked gate (parking is paid in almost the whole of Innsbruck).
The Wifi login has to be renewed twice a day which is annoying - speed was pretty slow as well.
The kitchen is quite minimalistic; could have a Nespresso coffee machine for instance.
No extra toilet paper except for 1/4 of a roll? Rarely happens that apartments don't have extra toilet rolls.

We absolutely loved the apartment! Beautiful, very well appointed, extremely clean and situated in an excellent location. The host was very kind and welcoming. If we ever return to Innsbruck we will make sure to rent Kasperhof again.

construction site opposite the property!!
road next to the property used also by buses. Not quiet.
less than half a mile air distance from Innsbruck's international airport (aeroplanes noise)
