Well equipped and spacious one bed villa with private enclosed garden. Close to the main facilities. It’s a small holiday park so everything was easy to access. Entertainment for children was spot on - not brash and in your face but tasteful - and inclusive.
Very little - an extra pillow would have been helpful and the plaster on the wall behind the bathroom was crumbling - suspect some damp from the shower.

The property is set in stunning gardens, the location is really beautiful and smells amazing with all the flowers, the pool with the slides is fab for kids and the playground were also great as we had our 4 year old daughter with us. The staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you, they booked us in the restaurant the first night we arrived as it was late and printed tickets off for Movieland and Caneva for me.
The restaurant is lovely, nice relaxing atmosphere, not the best food we ate but also not the worst. The animation team are great with kids but our daughter did find it a little tricky as she was the only English speaking child, lots of Dutch and German families there, the kids managed to find a way to communicate and had a game of tag which was sweet.
Italmark not far for you to get some groceries but if you don’t have a car and can’t get there, there is a little minimart in the square and also a little shop for milk/water etc in the resort which was handy.
It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center of Moniga where all the restaurants are, we had aperitivo in the square and had lovely meals in Sagittarius and Oasi, and you MUST try the pastries from the bakery there, omg they’re delicious! 20ish minute walk to the lake.
We used the hotel as a base really as we had a car so explored around the lake a lot.. Riva, Limone, Desanzano omg they were all so beautiful! The one day it rained we walked down to the lake and collected some pebbles, then came back and painted them with a watercolour palette I had brought off Amazon, my daughter loved it so it was a nice rainy day activity!
All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to come back it was a bargain price and we’ve had a wonderful week!
The air con in the 3 bedroom apartment was only in the master bedroom and the living room, this was fine for us as it wasn’t overly hot whilst we were there but I can imagine this will be tricky in the height of summer for people to sleep in those rooms.. perhaps a ceiling fan could be added to help?
The only other thing was that I would have liked a toaster, there is a grill in the microwave but it leaves a lot to be desired haha! Aside from those two things we had a gorgeous stay!

- A great place in general. Green, clean and quiet around. Family friendly, exactly what we needed.
- Jacuzzi in the garden behind the villa, especially, in the late evening under the stars.
- A charging spot for EV. There was only one, so don't put charging your car off until later.
- Reasonably-priced drinks at the cafe.
Waste sorting could be easier if you provided an extra bin (e.g. one for everything, one for plastic or glass) and paper bags for organic waste.
