Very comfortable and cozy. Family friendly and easy access to the beach. View was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable.
One of the neighbors across the hall was extremely rude and played his music loudly until 1am. We asked him to turn it down and he refused.

The condo is spacious and the kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. It is carpeted (except kitchen and bathrooms), which I like because it feels more cosy than hard flooring. The view was nice and it wasn't cluttered with knick-knacks. The place just has a nice feel to it.
It didn't seem to have been cleaned very thoroughly with fingerprints on the microwave and fridge. We found some things on the carpet that make me think it wasn't vacuumed very well and there were cloth-smudges on one of the bathroom mirrors. It looked nice enough but I got the feeling that the cleaning was a rush job. The balcony hadn't been swept. The pull-out bed in the living room was confusing so we didn't use it. Fortunately, we had brought our own foam pad so just used that and left the bed alone.

The location, space and cleanliness were all excellent!
My only small complaint was that the bed in the bedroom was pretty hard and not very comfortable.
