L'emplacement très pratique pour arpenter Annecy et les commerces de proximité. Belle vue sur la basilique de la visitation. Les équipements sont corrects. C'est très propre.
La salle de bain commence à être un peu vieillotte Les joints noircis, l'emplacement de la TV derrière les ouvrants de fenêtre.

Location à 10 minutes de la vieille ville calme. Arrêt de bus au pied de L immeuble. Un Intermarché juste en bas. Très propre . Et propriétaire très sympathique et disponible

Good location for town and lake. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Apartment very small and although facilities were good, well stocked kitchen and a few breakfast items the shower in the bathroom was handheld - really should have a wall mounting fixture. Also, only 1 towel was left for a couple for 2 days!
Checkout was a little awkward as we were asked to leave the keys with the hosts mother, but she was out. We posted keys through her letterbox as we couldn't get a reply from the host, but he found this unacceptable. After a good stay we found this a bit uncomfortable as we tried our best!
