The trampoline was great and the place didn't have too many steps, which is what we needed ( a few rooms did have steps to access though)
No proper oven and some things were damaged or not working, eg wonky toilet seat, damaged blinds. Some of the other places we looked at would have had a nicer view but we needed somewhere without steps. This place is the bottom story of a two story place.

Great location, kids loved the backyard, bedrooms were large, lots of stunning wildlife at your doorstep
Kitchen was very basic. Not big enough for a large group.
No real oven. The rooms were tidy but cobwebs, spiders and dust in every room.
Also photos show double storey but you only have access to bottom floor.

The outdoor space was great for the kids.
The birdlife was amazing and interactive.
Large bedrooms.
Not nearly enough basics like toilet paper, dish liquid, no clothes liquid.
One shower was rusty. Very dusty & cobweby throughout.
