Staff were friendly.
My original allocated room had a strong cigarette smell and I had expressly requested a non smoking room. I was fortunately allocated a different room.
The all inclusive arrangement is very restrictive in comparison to the same arrangement at other hotels.
The bathrooms are very old and tired, fixtures were falling, and the tiles were clearly not deep cleaned.
My friend got very ill eating from the buffet at the Social Restaurant.
